Our cellarmaster
and his ambitions
The cellarmaster holds back some “true treasures” from recent vintages to be used in future vintages.
His aim:
- To make Champagnes for every occasion and share the love which goes into every bottle with people who enjoy them as much as he does.
- To make expressive Champagnes which are true to the Cote des Bar terroir.
